Manufacturing Process of the Award Plaque
The award plaque is manufactured using advanced production technologies and professional-grade equipment. The construction consists of a wooden plaque base, a metal backing plate, and a decorative etched brass plate.
Backing Plate Production Technology
The backing plate is produced using Engraverton® metal sublimation technology, allowing full-color reproduction of photographs, logos, graphics, and text with exceptional detail, clarity, and long-term resistance to fading.
Material of the Decorative Plate
Brass.
Following production, the decorative brass plate undergoes precision surface finishing and polishing. It is then protected and enhanced with a decorative electroplated coating.
Available plating options include:
Nickel electroplating;
14K gold electroplating (585 gold standard).
If required, the decorative plate can be enhanced with opaque or translucent enamel coatings, highlighting specific design elements and further emphasizing the premium character of the product.
