Manufacturing Process of the Boxing Championship Belt
The base of the championship belt is crafted from high-quality genuine leather, ensuring exceptional durability, strength, and a prestigious appearance.
Decorative brass plates are mounted onto the leather base. These elements are manufactured using a precision chemical etching process. Following production, each component undergoes meticulous surface finishing and mirror polishing to achieve a flawless reflective surface and ensure accurate reproduction of all design details.
The metal plates receive a protective and decorative finish through an electroplating process. Available plating options include:
Nickel electroplating;
14K gold electroplating (585 gold standard).
To create colored design elements, high-quality automotive enamel is applied. This enamel offers excellent resistance to mechanical wear, environmental influences, and color fading over time.
